What are the specific health precautions for COVID-19?

All patients are required to have a mask on before entry into the office.

We are encouraging patients to limit the guests that come with them to an appointment to only those absolutely necessary and have guests wait outside when possible to limit the risk of exposure.

Our doctors and staff have on a mask at all times and we provide hand sanitizer for patient use on entry and before departure.

We can bring products or materials out to your vehicle for pick-ups.

Every surface, including door handles, knobs, equipment, and eyeglass frames are disinfected between patients.

We have a low or no-wait policy and all the office chairs are safely physically distanced greater than 6 feet.

If you have a fever, cough, or have been around anyone that is sick, we will reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of yourself and others.


Do you offer any money back guarantee?

Our services and products are satisfaction guaranteed.


Do you offer any warranty?

All of our eyeglass frames are current styles and we offer scratch protection for your glasses. There is also a manufacturer’s warranty on eyeglasses frames and lenses against defects. Ask us for details!


Do you offer any other products or services besides eyeglasses?

In addition to eyeglasses, all Rx’s can be accommodated.

We can make Rx Sunglasses, Rx safety glasses, and sports goggles for kids.

We also offer contact lens examinations and contact lenses, glasses repair, as well as complimentary eyeglasses cleaning and adjustments.


Do you offer customization of your products?

Everything is custom fit and ordered per specifications needed.


Do you offer any special discounts?

We offer a 20% discount on a complete second pair of glasses purchased at the same time with the same Rx.


Do patients need insurance?

Patients are not required to have insurance to be seen. Many of our patients are "cash pay" but we do accept the following:

Medicare, BCBS, VSP, Humana, Aetna, EyeMed

We gladly provide itemized receipts for examinations for eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medical eye examinations, for our patients to provide to get self reimbursed from their HSA accounts; We also offer safety glasses through Hoya Safety Vision. We do dilated retinal examinations for all ages and can perform annual dilated examinations for patients with diabetes.
